Halo: Campaign Evolved Doesn’t Need Multiplayer

I have played every Halo game since the original Xbox, so I understand why people wanted multiplayer with Halo: Campaign Evolved. Even thought it would be great to have, it was never promised as part of this product. Since the announcement that Halo Studios would be moving to the Unreal Engine, we knew that this would be a learning project for the team. There are rumors that there may have been a separate multiplayer project in the works that was cancelled, but that was separate. Halo: Campaign Evolved was a test that was meant to be used to expose the universe to a new audience. I think that the OGs need to loosen the reins a little.

The Halo Studios team has put a lot of work into this remake. The third person mode was something that I wasn’t asking for but it is a ton of fun to play around with. I also think there are some quality of life modernization upgrades that will bring in a lot of new players.

A lot of companies have been remaking some of thier older and most loved games. I think that this is one of ther better ones out there at the moment. Definitely give it a try.
