Phasmophobia has been a game that has had a long-lasting impact on the video game industry, creating the ultimate co-op horror experience. At Summer Games Fest, I got to see some of the newest content players will be able to experience.
The overall UI changes are a much-welcomed feature as it is now easier to go through files and evidence gathered with each investigation. The Van players got a huge buff, as now the CCTV cameras can view up to five live feeds at a time and record from the safety of the truck. If you were the type to run at the first whisper of a ghost, you can feel just as accomplished and part of the team in the bus, helping gather video footage and monitoring all the cameras.

It will be interesting to see how difficult contracts will be as the total number of photos has been reduced from 10 to 5, which includes the new EMF reading that can be taken and the three ghost form types (physical, D.O.T.S, and Shadow). Five videos can also be captured in its new separate section of the media file, along with a new sound recording section, which is limited to three per contract.

Overall, the chronicles update is a huge quality of life update that the players can now enjoy while more content is being released. The visuals and feeling made me feel more like a ghost hunter than ever before.
As you get to play more Phasmophobia, let us know what you think about the update in the comments.
